What is the no delivery compensation policy?

If your package still hasn’t been delivered within a certain period of time (click here for details) after being shipped, it’s possible that the shipment has encountered some issues. You can request a free reshipment or refund. In some situations, your reshipment or refund request may be reviewed by the seller.

What should I do if I receive the original package after a refund or replacement has been issued?

If a refund or reshipment has been processed for your order and you subsequently receive the original package, the next steps will be based on the original order value:

1. For orders under USD 100: You may keep the package at no cost without needing to return it. If you wish to return items or repay the refunded amount, please contact customer service for assistance.

2. For orders of USD 100 or more: We kindly ask you to contact Ushemi customer support within 5 business days of receiving the package by going to Support -> Chat with Ushemi to arrange a solution. Our customer support team will mediate with the seller on your behalf and provide you with a solution.

Under what circumstances will I not receive compensation when there is no delivery?

1. Weather and Natural Disasters:No refunds or reshipments will be issued in cases of inclement weather and natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, earthquakes, etc., resulting in no delivery.

2. Courier-Related Issues:No refunds or reshipments will be issued in cases of problems with the courier’s services, such as strikes, equipment failure, or other operational problems, resulting in no delivery.

3. Incorrect Address Information:No refunds or reshipments will be issued in cases of packages not being successfully delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address or zip code.

4. Not Home/Refused Packages:No refunds or reshipments will be issued when you or someone acting on your behalf fails to receive the package when the courier attempts to deliver it, and the package is returned.

5. “Pending Pickup by Recipient”:Once your package has reached the status of “pending pickup by recipient” or the equivalent of this status, no refunds or reshipments will be issued thereafter.

6. Reschedule of Delivery Time:If you have rescheduled the delivery time, no refunds or reshipments will be issued.

7. Refunded in Full:No reshipments will be issued if the order has already been refunded in full.

8. Package Reshipped:If the seller has reshipped the package after reaching an agreement with you, no refund will be issued.

9. Package Delivered:If the package has been delivered within the timeframe under the delivery guarantee (click here for details), no refunds or reshipments will be issued.

10. Fraud or Abuse:No refunds or reshipments will be issued in cases of fraud, abuse, or violation of our policies.

11. Change in Laws, Regulations, or Policies:No refunds or reshipments will be issued in case of a change in customs clearance related laws, regulations, or policies.

12. Force Majeure:No refunds or reshipments will be issued when the package cannot be delivered due to causes beyond the control of Ushemi or the courier, including but not limited to epidemic-related restrictions.

13. Delaying the Payment of Taxes:Refunds and reshipments will not be provided for packages that cannot be sent or delivered due to customers paying the taxes for their packages late.

14. Cash on Delivery Orders or Packages:Refunds and reshipments will not be provided for cash on delivery orders or packages. You may choose to cancel the order manually in the event of no delivery for a certain period (as provided by Ushemi’s Delivery guarantee policy).

Ushemi reserves the right to the final interpretation of our No Delivery Updates Compensation Policy and the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time. The no delivery compensation will be granted at our sole discretion.
