- Credit for delay
If your order is not delivered before or on the latest delivery date provided to you, depending on the shipping method of your package you will be issued:
- $5.00 credit for Standard Shipping
- $26.00 credit for Express Shipping

The credit will be added to your Ushemi credit balance within 48 hours of the latest delivery date and can be used on your next order.
Under specific circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters and other unforeseeable circumstances, you may not be able to receive compensation for late delivery.
- Return if item damaged
If you receive your package and find that some items were lost or damaged in transit, rest assured that you can easily apply for a full refund for those items. You may be asked to send the damaged items back before your refund can be issued.
- Refund for no update
- 18 days without updates for packages shipped domestically
- 18 days without updates for packages shipped from overseas by air
- 30 days without updates for packages shipped from overseas by sea
- Refund for no delivery
- 20 days for packages shipped domestically (5 days more for packages shipped via truck or packages weighing 80 kg or more, and 10 days more for packages shipped via consolidated shipping, which combines multiple orders into one shipment)
- 30 days for packages shipped from overseas by air
- 55 days for packages shipped from overseas by sea
